After spending part of my childhood in the neighbouring department (Ari\u00e8ge), I was delighted to come back to the Aude to let you discover a part of this region inhabited by people who love their land.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I’m writing these few lines as we leave Narbonne under a magnificent blue sky, crossing the vineyards that dot this region with its agricultural history. So here’s our itinerary for a stay full of cultural discoveries, sporting outings and unusual accommodation, punctuated by encounters with the passionate people who make up this warm region and who will share a piece of their Aude<\/span> with you.<\/p>\n
