6. Security and Confidentiality

Mademoiselle Voyage implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data (secure access, hosting in France, backups, encryption of communications…).

No sensitive data (health, opinions, religion, etc.) is collected.

In the event of a security incident affecting the data, the data subjects and the CNIL will be informed in accordance with regulations.


7. Subcontractors and Transfers Outside the EU

Data may be temporarily transmitted to technical service providers involved in the proper functioning of the site (hosting, maintenance, forms, sending emails).
These providers act as subcontractors and provide guarantees compliant with the GDPR.

No data transfer is carried out outside the European Union, unless the provider is based in a country recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
